Who are we?

The Soksabai group is an Australian registered company specializing in design, engineering and development. We have honed these skills working on complex projects for some of Australia’s largest construction and development companies.

Some projects we have worked on to date include: Melbourne’s Crown Casino ($1.8 billion development), Park Hyatt Apartments and Hotel Melbourne ($130 million dollar development) and RACV Project Melbourne ($120 million dollar development).

Our Managing Directors’ Paul Saly, Nathan Hickey and Justin Hickey are experienced project managers and contractors who will develop Soksabai Resort to their rigorous Australian standards.

The Soksabai Group directors are sensitive to and knowledgeable about Cambodia’s culture and environment and have links with the land and its people. Our close personal ties to the country also mean we have relationships with contacts that can assist us across all the complexities of Cambodian legal systems.
